weakest is definitely jolteon. i recommend a fire type such as moltres if you can catch it, it is at the peak of mt. ember on one island and doesnt flee from you, however it is still extremely hard to catch

Not the best team but still great. I'd have to say though, you shouldn't have 3 flying type Pokemon. I would swap Pidgeot for Nidoking, Snorlax or exeggcute. If you went for exeggcute then I would consider swapping kadabra for Nidoking or Snorlax.
