Of course you could breed a Jolteon. If a female, go to the Pokemon Day-Care with a male Pokemon and them in. Make sure they like each other. Wait a few minutes and you'll probably have an egg. Or, just use a Ditto. Same thing will happen there, but you don't have to worry about gender or anything with a Ditto. When you get the egg, it'll hatch into an Eevee and just use a ThunderStone if you want another Jolteon. any Pokemon including totodile,chikorita,and cyndaquil can be breeded with a ditto except ledgendary Pokemon however rarities can be breeded just itll be a tough time getting a rare Pokemon from the egg like red gyrados + ditto = black magikarp(if youre lucky!)

its not a jolteon when u get it. its an eevee. use the thunderstone to make it a jolteon. the eevee is in a house in celadon city

Jolteon is probably the best, but Espeon is also a good chioce, even though you didn't mention it.You can always get all three. Just put your chosen one (either Vaporeon, jolteon or flareon) into daycare with a ditto and they will breed. The egg will be an eevee so you can have all of them.I agree with you. Why wont your Ditto have an egg with jolteon?
Ditto can breed with EVERY type of Pokemon except legendarys. Personally I JUST got an egg from the two of them.
