I's a very long story.First you must have Wailord and Renlicanth.Renlicnth is hard to catch because he's underwater and only have 2% rate to encounter then you must have a Pokemon that now the move dig.Go to pacifidilog town then surf to the left.there are lots of current there.you must surf in the middle so you can get to a dive point if you don't,change your position and try again.Dive down and then go until you get to in front of some black spots somewhere there.Then go up[must be in front of those spots!]go straight till you see some spots again then use dig.go straight and you will see some more spots.Now put Wailord first of your party and Renlicath the last,i don't remember,if it doesn't work then switch the place of the two Pokemon and try again.Then press a in front of it and you will hear an earthquake and three opening sound.Regirock cave is at the bottom of the dessert.Regice cave is when you get to Dewford city you surf up and right and up and right and you will see it.Registeel is somewhere that in a road that is raining on the right of Fortree city that you go down down and then go left.When you go into the cave of the Regis,there are mysterious way to go inside the Regi chamber that i have forgot[truly sorry]that you have to type this on Google:Pokemon sapphire how can i find Regirock,Regice,Registeel.Good luck!
