ok here goes...................... On the 3rd, 8th, 13th, 18th, 23rd, and 28th day of every season, Van will come to visit the valley. He will set up his shop in the back of the 2nd floor at the Inn. He is the only person you can sell non-shippable items to, like the extra ornaments you find in the 3rd Mine. Van also sells the bonus DVDs you can use on your television set. In the evening he will close up shop and walk over to talk to his long time friend, Romana.
