You have to get a new one. Either use a new wondermail password or get it at the 30th floor of mt. faraway. You will need a key to get it in the dungeon. Another option is to buy one from a Kecleon in a dungeon, but I don't recommend it since it isn't sold often and it's expensive. After you defeat Rayquaza, Raikou, Suicune and Entei, Mt Faraway will be unlocked. On the 30th floor of that dungeon (provided you have a key) is where you may find the Friend Bow. If you should lose the bow, it will reappear back where it was on the 30th floor for you to obtain again.
