You must be a BC member to trade items as it is a BC exclusive feature. If you look at it from a different angle, BC members are generally more rich due to the money (Robux) they get and are also more likely to buy Robux. This results in them getting more Limited items that they can trade with. On the other end, the majority of NBC users are quite poor and can't exactly afford Limiteds. Some NBC users also tend to spend their money on Game Passes or Paid Access and have no interest in the Roblox economy.
