It lets that Pokemon use moves without the other Pokemon's abilities interfering. Like, you can use physical moves on Pokemon with static without becoming paralyzed, or you can use any move on a Pokemon with wonderguard.
'Advance Summon' is not a TCG term, nor is 'sacrifice'. It has always been, and is still called, a 'Tribute Summon'.
Yes, all TCG cards are legal in all TCG territories. So you can use Spanish cards in the USA, English cards in Germany, etc. OCG cards (Japanese and Korean) are not allowed though. You can ONLY use any TCG cards as long as you have an English translation of that card. You CANNOT use any OCG (Official Card Game) cards (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) cards. So the only TCG (Trading Card Game) cards you can use would be Spanish, German, French, Italian etc cards like that. It's due to like the OCG and TCG having different releases.
Lightpulsar Dragon is unlimited in the current TCG. I.e You can use 3 in a deck.
Yes, you can use abilities when playing Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) as long as the conditions for using those abilities are met. Each Pokémon card may have specific abilities that can be activated during your turn, typically outlined in the card's text. However, some abilities may have restrictions, so it's essential to read the card carefully to understand when and how you can use them.

An active Pokémon refers to the Pokémon that is currently in play and battling in a Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) match or the one that is actively participating in a Pokémon video game battle. In the TCG, it is the Pokémon placed in the active spot, facing the opponent's active Pokémon. In video games, it is the Pokémon currently engaged in battle, able to use its moves and abilities.
Both the game and the TCG have any Pokemon that can use all 17 move types. Go Xerneas. (My opinion)

You first start of by drawing 6 cards and the players who's turn it is draws a card. play a basic Pokemon and the rest are benched and the bench can only hold 5 Pokemon, if one of your benched Pokemon dies you can replace it. your basic Pokemon can attack but you may need energy to use it so supply it with energy cards, attatch one energy on one Pokemon per turn. if it has a normal type color than it means any type. now you must retreat the Pokemon before you attack if it is injured or harm, but only if u want to you can now evovle Pokemon and when this happens all effects on them are done and the original basic Pokemon is dead. when a Pokemon dies it is by the hp, and the attack has a nuber written next to it (not all) that is how much dmg is given to the hp. and when the hp reaches 0 it dies.
I Think U Can I Honestly Think Of Course So.. Yeah Go Ahead
Pokemon didn't have abilities until Generation III.
A TCG card is a trading card used in trading card games. It typically features characters, abilities, or items that players use to compete against each other. Players build decks with these cards and use them strategically to win battles or achieve objectives in the game.

Yes, they can, unless the card itself says it has to be active. Here's an example: "Once during your turn, when (Pokemon's name) is your active Pokemon you may..." This indicates that the Poke-Power cannot be used while in bench.
