No. The material monsters are no longer considered 'on the field' and none of their effects are active.
Because they are not considered to be on the field, effects that specifically trigger when they go from field to graveyard will not activate either. For example if a Sangan is an XYZ material, it will not trigger its monster search effect when it goes to the graveyard.
However if the monster does not say it has to come from the field, such as Dandylion, then these effects will trigger when they go to the graveyard.
it means that they might have a special effect like the Calculator has a ? in its attack its effect being this card gains attack points equal to the tolal level of all monster on your side of the field x300
Yes, generally you canBUT there are some cards that doesn't allow the effect to activate if you attack. Example is Chaos Sorcerer.so make sure to read the card text first.
It is either a monster that can function as an Equip card through its own effect, such as Union monsters, or, it is a monster forcibly equipped by another card's effect such as Relinquished's ignition effect.
When using metamorphosis the LV of the Fusion monster should be the same as the LV of the monster you are going to tribute.
The best card in yugioh is the judegement dragon card.

You cannot manually. Such an occurence could only result from a card effect.
monster reborn
No, there is nothing that can do that.
Sounds like Ordeal of a Traveler. The effect is applied when the opponent attacks (does not have to be against a defence mode monster, or even a monster at all). He must select a card from your hand and correctly guess if it is a monster, spell or trap, or his attacking monster is returned to hand.
no you would have to use the card to destroy it when it is summoned because its effect activates as soon as it hits the field

Yes, it does have to be in your hand.
Yes, there is a real card called Copycat. It was originally released as one of four promo cards given away to people who collected three vouchers from Shonen Jump Magazine. It is a Lv1 LIGHT Spellcaster/Effect monster with ATK 0 and DEF 0, and an effect that reads "When this card is Summoned: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; this card's ATK and DEF become equal to that monster's original ATK and DEF."
It appears on a few cards, but the first time it appeared as a monster is as the Paladin of White Dragon.
