Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon need stones so no for these two.
Umbreon and Espeon I'm pretty sure is on of those "Love for the trainer" evolutions and it also relates to the time of day.
You can us an exp share for evolutions like Leafeon and Glaceon because you need to level up Eevee near the moss stone and the (i don't remember) stone.
So if Eevee leels up near those stones it can evolve. So if exp share levels up eevee then it will work.

In order to evolve Eevee into a Jolteon you need to have the thunderstone in your bag, select "use" and then select your Eevee from your Party. You can't evolve it by making it hold onto the Thunder stone.
