No. Judgment Dragon says it 'cannot be special summoned except by...' and this way is the only way it can ever be special summoned. It cannot ever be revived from the graveyard by cards like Monster Reborn.

Can you special summon dark armed dragon on your opponents turn?

There's no way to do it. He can't be special summoned except by the text on his card, and this can only be done in your own Main Phases. Keep in mind he is a 'cannot be special summoned except by' monster, meaning he cannot be special summoned by any other effect, even if he was properly special summoned first. This is not to be confused with cards that say "can only be special summoned by..", as these monsters can be revived by cards like Call of the Haunted, as long as they were properly summoned initially before they went to the graveyard. As Dark Armed Dragon is one of the 'except by' monsters, Call of the Haunted can't be used.

Can you use 'Monster Reborn' or 'Call of the Haunted' on 'Chaos Sorcerer' after it has been properly summoned?

Yes. It is a 'can only be special summoned by' monster, which can be brought back as long as it was properly special summoned originally. It is monsters who say "cannot be special summoned except by.." that cannot ever be brought back with cards like Monster Reborn.

Can flute of summoning dragon summon rainbow dragon?

Cards that can 'only be Special Summoned by', or 'cannot be Special Summoned except by' can only ever reach the field initially by that listed method.Flute of Summoning Dragon can never summon Rainbow Dragon. Even if the conditions are right, that's something that allows you to special summon it (at the same timing as a Normal Summon in your turn), not any external effect.Cards that state "...can only be Special Summoned by..." can be Special Summoned, for example, from the Graveyard after its initial Special Summon (by its own effect) is successful. For example, you Special Summon The Rock Spirit from your Hand by removing from play one Rock-Type monster in your Graveyard. Your opponent then somehow manages to destroy The Rock Spirit. Because it was successfully Special Summoned by its own effect, The Rock Spirit is now eligible to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard via a effect such as Call of the Haunted.

When Stardust Dragon is retrieved from the graveyard using Call of the Haunted or Premature Burial. Is Stardust Dragon destroyed if you use it's effect that removes it from the field?

If you use Stardust's effect, then it is tributed but not destroyed. That means a Call of the Haunted that summoned it, will remain on the field. However since Equip Spell cards can't remain on the field without a target, Premature Burial will be destroyed.

Can you use Call of the Haunted on Stardust Dragon?

As long as the Stardust Dragon was summoned properly (ie, it reached the field correctly initially, rather than someone tried to summon it, and the summon was negated) then yes, you can resummon it with cards like Call of the Haunted. That applies to all Synchro Monsters, unless the monster has a specific restriction on it.

Can synchro monsters be special summoned from the graveyard?

As long as they were properly summoned first (ie, successfully reached the field due to a Synchro Summon) then yes, you can summon them from the graveyard with cards like Call of the Haunted.

Can 'Call of the Haunted' be used to special summon 'Cyber Twin Dragon'?

As long as the 'Cyber Twin Dragon' was properly summoned initially, by Fusion Summon, and was then destroyed, then yes, you can resummon it from the graveyard with 'Call of the Haunted'. If the 'Cyber Twin Dragon' got to the graveyard by the following methods - sent from Extra Deck by 'Gale Dogra', special summoned but not Fusion Summoned by 'Cyber Stein', or had its Fusion Summon negated, then it cannot be special summoned from the graveyard.

Can you special summon a monster that was discarded into the graveyard?

Cards which are special summon-only (ie, say 'can only be special summoned by' or 'cannot be special summoned except by') can not be simply discarded to the graveyard and summoned. 'Can only be special summoned by' monsters can be special summoned from the graveyard if they were properly summoned initially by the text on their card, before they ended up going to the graveyard. A note though, you resummon them with cards like Call of the Haunted, you can't use their own text again, that's for when they are in the hand only, unless specifically stated otherwise. 'Cannot be special summoned except by' generally cards can't be resummoned from the graveyard at all even if they were properly summoned first. There are one or two cards that can summon them, but they all specifically say they can do this - like Level Modulation - and still, the monster must have been summoned properly first.

Can synchro monsters be normal summoned in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Of course not. They can only be Synchro Summoned, or Special Summoned under a few circumstances, like Starlight Road, or cards like Call of the Haunted, if you properly Synchro Summon it first and it then goes to the graveyard.

Can you bring Back chaos emperor dragon with decoy dragon?

As long as the Chaos Emperor Dragon had been properly special summoned initially before it went to the graveyard, then yes, it can be resummoned by cards like Call of the Haunted or Decoy Dragon.. That's because it is a 'only be special summoned by' monster, for which the above rules apply. If it were a 'cannot be special summoned except by' monster, like Dark Armed Dragon, then you cannot resummon it from the graveyard, even if properly summoned beforehand.

Can you special summon Chaos Sorcerer from the graveyard?

If you properly Special Summoned him first, and he is then destroyed, you can special summon him back from the graveyard with cards like Monster Reborn. You do not need to remove another Light and Dark monster to do this, and just as important, you cannot remove a Light and Dark monster to special summon him from the graveyard, he can only be summoned from hand by doing that.

Can you special summon Valkyrion the Magna Warrior from the graveyard?

If Valkyrion was properly special summoned first, then yes, it can be resummoned to the field using cards like Call of the Haunted, but not through its own summon effect, it has to be in hand for you to use that.

Are you able to summon Koa'ki Meiru Maximus by the effect of Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon?

If Koa'ki Meiru Maximus was properly special summoned first by the listed text, before it went to the graveyard, then it can be resummoned by effects like Call of the Haunted or Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. If it wasn't properly summoned though, then it can't be resummoned.

Does Syncro Monsters Go To The Graveyard?

Yes, you can.You can special summon Synchro Monsters from the Graveyard, but they need to be properly Synchro Summoned first...Just like a Fusion monster. You see, if you properly synchro Summoned a monster and your opponent used "Lightning Vortex", you can simply use a "Monster Reborn" or any other card to recover it; since it was properly summoned. Although, if it is sent directly from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard by a card effect, you can say "bye-bye" to that card for the rest of the duel.

Can you call of the haunted chaos sorcerer after it has been reborn and destroyed is there a limit to his come backs?

Once properly summoned, the Chaos Sorcerer will 'remember' that as long as it is never returned to hand or deck. So if you used Monster Reborn on it, and it was destroyed, you can then use Call of the Haunted on it. But if you were to have it returned to hand, then you cannot discard it and revive it from the graveyard, you will need to resummon it properly first.
