PS2 have been out since 2000 and over 150 million have been sold. There trade in value is not very high Amazon has some PS2 trade in values at only $16. You could only use the trade in toward the purchase of a Nintendo Wii because it will cost many times what you will be given for trade in value. GameStop might also give a credit toward trade in but would never exchange a Wii for a PS2
Sort of... You can go to somewhere like GameStop and trade in your PS2 games for money, and then use that money to buy wii games. I don't know of anywhere where you can just swap games, though.
no you can't. wii only plays GC and wii games while PS2 only plays PS1 and PS2 games. so obviously it won't work.
No.
Sigh, no you can't. The Wii is owned by Nintendo, and the two PS's are owned by Sony- two rival companies. The Wii is newer than the PS2 anyway.
No

No... unless you buy the same game that you have for PS2 for Wii.

wii
PS2 game do not play on Nintendo Wii
No. Wii controllers are wireless, and entirely different from those of the PS2. Also, Wii is of Nintendo, while PS2 is from Sony.
While it would depend on the titles most PS2 games have a low trade in value and will not greatly reduce the price for the Wii compared to what you paid originally or even what Game is selling the used games for since they need to make a profit on selling the games
