well assuming you still want a Pokemon to use the HM Fly... i would suggest a flying typed Pokemon. Like Pigeot, or Spearow. Or you can take advantage of one of the legendaries you can catch in the game. If your playing Heartgold or Soul Silver, you can get one of the legendary bird Pokemon. Articuno, Moltres, or Zapdos. If you playing Pokemon Platinum/5th Gen. you can catch Pokemon like Starly, or Golbat. Specify your question in whichever game, and i can help you out more than I am right now.
