How do you change wii background?

make a homebrew channel app to do it. That right now is the only answer I can think of. I contacted Nintendo and they said they are probably not going to put out changeable backgrounds.

How do you make Super Smash Bros Brawl work on wii?

Put the disk in the console. Make sure the label side is on the right when you put it in. put in the disc and select it from menu. P.S. you are stupid.

How do you play super Mario bros 3 on wii without Wii points?

You don't, unless you buy it from a download site, put it on an sd card, and put it in your Wii, which is not worth it. it probably will cost you more, and could mess up your wii. Just get the Wii points, or play it on a NES (the system that it was originally made for) Another idea I thought of, is to find a friend who has it, put it on a sd card (go to Options from the Wii menu and go to system memory), copy it onto a computer hard drive with an SD card reader, put the game back on your friend's wii, copy it onto a card from the computer, and then put it on your wii (not sure if this will work. I might test it sometime) You can also play any NES game on http://nintendo8.com/all/
