Pull out the battery while the phone is turned on (make sure that you do not touch any buttons), then put the battery back in (it is called a hard reset) it fixes almost everything on a blackberry.

With the Pearl 8100 you can not record video. You can put videos on your Pearl by using a program called Blackberry Video. You can also use the Roxio Media Manager in your Blackberry Desktop Manager to help get your video files onto your Pearl. just make sure you have a large enough memory card for it. You need a microSD card. Those cards can not only record video, but they can hold a lot more pictures, tons of music, and record videos. They're not that expensive either, just $15 for a 1GB microSD card. The microSD card is available at Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. They're also very small and just slide in to the side of the Blackberry Pearl.
ask the blackberry it will tell you
Bring up your icons and find the profiles icon ( it looks like a speaker), open it and you will see a menu. The first one is vibrate.
If the phone is locked to Orange, then yes, you should be able to use an Orange SIM. You will need to add a Blackberry add-on to the SIM in order to use features like push email and BBM
I think you would have to do it all over again or put the SIM card back in the old phone and copy all text.
