If you have the PlayStation 2 version of Batman Begins, it will play on certain versions of the PlayStation 3, namely the 20GB, 60GB, and 80GB versions. The 20GB and 60GB PlayStation 3s contain the Emotion Engine (EE) chipset of the PlayStation 2, and thus retain backwards compatibility. The EE was removed starting with the 80GB PlayStation 3, but it retained backwards compatibility through the use of software emulation. This feature was dropped with all subsequent PlayStation 3 units.
