ahahahahahhahaha so easy friend Just Put L,R,Up,X,R the repeat it then go to Pier Beach you see it On mine, the cheat gnome appears in every area. I just had to put the cheat in twice, then the gnome appeared. (At the time I thought it hadn't worked, but when I started walking away I saw it not too far off.) So where ever I go, there is a cheat gnome somewhere in the area.

you have to run in front of it in it's face and then if it turns to run away keep blocking it's path and it will charge you but you have to have full body skill
