Can you help form my team in Pokemon Platinum torterra Lucario jolteon or electivire octillery or Milotic drapion or Spiritomb altaria or togekiss?

Torterra:Starer Pokemon, or trade w/ someone who has one (if they are not willing to give there's away tell them to get a ditto, and make them have an egg, then hatch it...)

Lucario:Go to iron island (talk to the sailer at Canalave City) trainer w/ riley, he will give you an egg when you are finished. It's a Riolu, evolve it.

Jolteon:Go to Hearthome City, go to the house next to the Pokemon center, talk to Bebe and she'll give you an Eevee (she's also the one who owns the PC thing) use a thunderstone (best place to get it is underground by using the explorer kit from an old man in Orebourgh City) and there's your Jolteon.

Electivire:You can catch an electibuzz in between Valor Lakefront and Sunnyshore City, then all you have to do is use a thunderstone to evolve it.

Octillery:You can find an Octillery in between Fight Area and Resort area (Route 230), and Route 212, Pastoria City, route 213, route 222, Sunnyshore City, and route 223.

Milotic:You can get a feebas at mt. Coronet then somehow evolve it.

Drapion:You can find a drapion in the Safari Zone.

Spiritomb:I have no idea, good luck on finding that. If you somehow find one plz. tell me!

Altaria:Go to route 210 (next to Celestic City) and catch a swablu, then evolve it.

Togekiss:This one might be the hardest to get, 1. you can go to route 230 and catch a togepi. 2. Get an egg from Cynthia then when it hatches it's a togepi. 3. evolve it until it's a togekiss. Good luck.

That's easy -

Torterra is a starter Pokemon you get from prof. Rowan and the highest evolution of Turtwig.

Electivire; you have to catch an electibuzz. What the person above me said DOES NOT WORK. IT DOES NOT EVOLVE WITH A THUNDERSTONE. You have to get a special object and trade the electibuzz while it is holding that object. Easy.

Oh yeah, nearly forgot Lucario!; you talk to the sailor standing in front of a boat in Canalave City, then he takes you to Iron Island. Inside you find a guy called Riley, and ecort him through the cave. At the end he gives you an egg which contains a Riolu. After it hatches you have to give it lots of love and level it up then it will evolve into a Lucario.

Now back to the Electric Pokemon, I think take Electivire it's way stronger. But jolteon is easier to get...

Jolteon; go to Hearthome City, and in a house there is a karate girl called Bebe who owns the Pokemon storage systems (on the PC's). She gives you an Eevee egg, and to get a Jolteon after it hatches you use a Thunderstone on it.

Now here, I think Milotic cos it's prettier than Octillery..

Octillery; really easy, you can find it around the Resort/Fight area in the ocean near the island, in the Sunnyshore waters and near Pastoria City. Like I said really easy.

Milotic; well, first you need to get a Feebas. Here is the way I recommend you get it: First start at Celestic Town, then head down left from the health place (orange roof) into the Mt Coronet doorway. You have to use Strength to push away a boulder blocking the path (head UP) and then go down the stairs. Then use defog cos its really foggy. On the huge pool use Surf and fish around for A Feebas. USE A GOOD ROD TO FISH. DONT USE THE OLD ROD WHATEVER U DO!! Remember Feebas only appears in 4 random tiles each day. After you catch the Feebas, make sure it's got a nature like docile, modest etc. If it doesn't don't even bother going for a Milotic. It wont work. Feed it Blue (dry) poffins to up its beuty, then up its level. You should get a Milotic.

Drapion; I too have a Drapion it's awesome!! :P

To get it go to the Great Marsh in Pastoria City, remember though, it's rare! You have to find a Skorupi first though.

Spiritomb; is really good, it has virtually no weaknesses. You have to get a special stone from the karate guy standing by the trees towards the left entrance to Hearthome City. Go to the Hollowed Tower near Soloceon Town, and place it in there. You have to go underground and connect with friends. When you're underground, talk to 20 people. If there aren't that many, go to your friend's secret base, and talk to them, walk out go back in talk to them again, etc until you talked 20 times. Spiritomb should appear. The people you talk to DO NOT INCLUDE HIKERS. U HAVE TO CONNECT WIT A FRIEND TO GET SPIRITOMB.

Now, Altaria is a Pokemon I've also got;

Altaria; go to Route 210, where it is always foggy, and search the grass there. There should be some Swablu, you have to get the Swablu to Level 35 the it will evolve to Altaria.

Togekiss; Cynthia gives you an egg which has a Togepi inside. Togepi has 3 evolution steps, Togepi evolves once before it evlves to Togekiss. When it Togepi's 2nd evolution, use a sparkly stone on it to get Togekiss.
