Can you have kids on Sims 3 wii?

You can get pregnant but once you are about to have a child it is not a baby it is a child you cant have babies in The Sims 3 it say like congrats you had a boy/girl then it sends you home and it takes awhile to let it load the child but it turn into a kid which I think is totally PATHETIC i got the Sims 3 for Christmas and I just love the game totally! The kid thing is the only bit that annoys me :(

Just to make people who are reading this a bit happier here is a cheat you probably already have seen but if not TRY this it 100% worked for me and is surely going to work for anybody else, here it is:

1. Make sure you have a fridge in your house

2. Go to the Super market/Fruit Shop which you can find in the map when pressing 2 on the WII remote

3. Buy at least 106 of the 3 star cat fish

4. Go back home and keep them in your fridge for about 20 to 30 seconds

5. Take them out and go back to the shop and sell them to the shop

6. There! It should now say you got 999 999 coins which is UNLIMITED money!!!

So how ever much you use the amount of money never goes down!
