No, you do not get a second chance to catch him in the game you are playing.
no
In the second generation, you had a 50% chance of getting a shiny Pokemon this way, but in the 3rd generation onwards, chances were decreased and you did not have a better chance of getting a shiny Pokemon by using this method. Additionally, you won't know if the baby Pokemon will be shiny until it hatches because eggs containing shiny Pokemon do not look any different from eggs that contain non-shiny Pokemon.
I Dont think so, sorry

You don't have any other chance to get Hitmontop. Many Pokemon you have a second chance at getting in the Snagem hideout, but not this one.

In the Pokemon games where Snorlax occur, there are only one or two available to catch. In the first generation games there is a sleeping Snorlax at Routes 12 and 16. In the second generation, there is one outside of Vermillion City. In the sixth generation, there is one on Route 7.

Yes, there is a second snorlax battle near the bike road and one if you go to lavender and go down to the bay like road and follow it down and you will get to the second snorlax.
no, if you killed it or ran away then tough luck
If you mean the one in the forest above summerstone, he moves automatically when you need to find the missing submersible pieces, a later mission.
