Unfortunately, no. It would be awesome to have a Metagross in firered with it's steel powers and such, but no. Try trading with a friend with an Pokemon Emerald version, or they can breed it for you at island four and give you the egg, much better for some don't want to give up good Pokemon c:.

Actually, you can get Beldum in Pokemon Fire red. Just beat the elite four and go to Stevens house on Mossdeep Island. Read the letter on the desk. It will say stevan has left to do some training on the road. In the pokeball on the table is Beldum. He is level five so to raise him quickly use exp. share.
Beldum cannot be caught or given as an in-game gift in FireRed. You'll have to trade one from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald in order to get one in the game.

Beldum is a Steel and Psychic type pokemon.
Actually to be quite frank almost everything can breed except legendary Pokemon such as mewtwo, everything else can breed even non gender Pokemon such as beldum which evolves into metagross.
