In Pokemon Black you will encounter the white Pokemon Reshiram, and in Pokemon White You will catch encounter the black Pokemon Zekrom. Unfortunately, you cannot catch both in one of those games.
However, you can obtain both Zekrom and Reshiram in one game by trading one over to the other game. That is the only way how you can get both in a single game.

You go through the castle, and you will have to fight N. Before that, Reshiram/Zekrom (depending on whether it's black or white version) will appear. You can choose not to catch it if you want to. If you catch it, one of your pokemon in your party will be put in the box (you can choose though) and Reshiram/Zekrom will take it's place. IF you DON'T catch Reshiram/Zekrom, you can find it again at Dragonspire Tower
