Because Compulsory Escape Device says both players have to shuffle one monster into deck, it can't be activated unless both players can do this.
If it was correctly activated and something happened in chain to it to make one player control no monsters, that is different. In that case only the player who has a monster will shuffle one into deck.
A stabilator is a ten letter word for an aircraft's climb control device. A Beechcraft P35 Bonanza has such device which is a mix of a vertical stabilizer and an elevator.
ah, my specialty. Well, that depends. Does your opponent use compulsory evacuation device (i think) when you attack them? Because then the attack is negated. If a player controls one monster, and this monster can't be selected as an attack target, then you may attack directly. So one situation will be if the player has Umi and The Legendary Fisherman, or Guardian Kay'est. These can be ignored, and a direct attack can be made. However - this does not apply if the one monster is an Earthbound Immortal. If a player only controls one monster, and this is an Earthbound Immortal, then he cannot be attacked in the same way, the monster cannot be bypassed, monsters will simply be unable to attack. This is a specifically ruled difference, though without explanation from Konami. If the player controls two unattackable monsters, then again, player and monsters are safe from being attacked. No attacks can be declared against any of them unless circumstances change.
You can chain it to the Trigger that adds a Spell Counter to Breaker, and also to the activation of his S/T card destroying effect.
Only those that specifically say they destroy a card(s) on the field. Stardust can negate cards such as Mirror Force, Heavy Storm, Bottomless Trap Hole, Crush Card Virus (if it would destroy at least one monster), Mystical Space Typhoon, .... It can't negate cards such as Giant Trunade, Compulsory Evacuation Device, Dimensional Prison, D.D. Assailant, Reinforcements of the Army, ...
all i know is that the rc part is obviously remote control. i hope this helps L_L (it means Remote Control eXplosive Device.)
Compulsory Evacuation Device will resolve first and return the target monster to hand. Trap Hole will then resolve without effect because its target has left the field.
No, you cannot use Compulsory Evacuation Device to send an attacking monster back to your opponent's hand, as it can only be activated in response to the summon or the effect of a monster. However, it does not negate the attack; the attack is still considered to have occurred. The monster would return to the hand after the attack has been resolved.
If an effect tries to return a Fusion or Synchro monster back to hand or deck, they go to the Extra Deck instead.
yes it is
To activate the device, simply tap and press the button.
It would go like this. Chain Link 1 - Compulsory Evacuation Device, targetting Stardust Dragon. Chain Link 2 - Stardust Dragon tributed for the cost of Assault Mode Activate. Chain Link 2 resolves - Stardust Dragon Assault Mode is special summoned from deck. Chain Link 1 resolves without effect, as its target is no longer on the field.
That's not compulsory
They don't. It is not compulsory.

A switch is often used to activate a circuit.
"Activate" is a root word that means to make something active or operational. It is frequently used in phrases like "activate a device" or "activate a function."
A pressure sensing device commonly used in low pressure control systems is a diaphragm pressure switch. This device operates by detecting changes in pressure through a flexible diaphragm that triggers a switch mechanism at set pressure thresholds to activate or deactivate control functions such as turning a system on or off.
