Can Stardust Dragon negate Tytannial Princess of Camellias?

Sometimes it can, sometimes it can't. Stardust Dragon says;"You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card."Tytannial says;"You can Tribute 1 face-up Plant-Type monster you control to negate the activation of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect that targets a card(s) on the field and destroy it."Stardust Dragon can only negate effects that will destroy a card on the field - and while Tytannial can certainly negate and destroy cards like that, her effect can be used against cards that are not on the field too. She only cares about the location of the target, not the location of the effect. So, a few examples.Player A uses Snipe Hunter, picking a target. Because it is a targetted effect, Tytannial can chain to this with her negation effect. Because her effect will be destroying a card on the field, Stardust Dragon can use its negation effect against her.Player A uses Exiled Force, picking a target. Because it is a targetted effect, Tytannial can chain to this with her negation effect. However, since Exiled Force goes to the graveyard as a cost, Tytannial will not be destroying a monster on the field. Stardust Dragon is unable to chain with its negation effect.

'Tyrant Dragon' vs 'Bottomless Trap Hole'?

Bottomless Trap Hole does not target, so Tyrant Dragon is unable to negate it.

Can you activate Trap Hole to negate the Tribute Summon of Jinzo in Yu-Gi-Oh?

You cannot activate Trap Hole to negate the tribute summon of Jinzo in Yu-Gi-Oh. No effect of Trap Hole can be activated because Jinzo negates traps in the game. However, your only option to totally prevent Jinzo from negating trap card effects is to negate his summon. To negate a monster's summon also prevents any of its effects on the field from applying. Cards like Solemn Warning not only negate the summoning of a monster but also prevent its effects on the field from ever applying and also destroys the monster.

Does Ancient Gear Engineer negate cards such as trap hole and sakuretsu armor?

It will negate Trap Hole, but not Sakuretsu Armor. Sakuretsu Armor is most definitely a card that targets, however when Ancient Gear Engineer attacks, the opponent cannot use Spells or Traps until the end of the Damage Step. That means he could not respond to the attack with Sakuretsu Armor in the first place.

Does bottomless trap hole negate effects?

No. No part of Bottomless Trap Hole negates effects. However a monster's continuous effect requires it to remain face-up on the field. In those cases, the monster effect will cease to apply as the monster is gone.

What if prime material dragon is on your field with other monsters and you play dark hole can you choose which monsters go to the graveyard if so can you negate the effect after?

Prime Material Dragon's effect has to be chained to whatever you want it to negate. So if Dark Hole is activated, it has to chain to it, to negate it. If you allow Dark Hole to resolve, all monsters will be destroyed, including Prime Material Dragon. There is no way to only let Dark Hole destroy some monsters and then be prevented from destroying others in that way.

Yes, it can. Dark Hole is an effect that destroys monsters on the field, so Prime Material Dragon can negate it.

Can sorcerer of dark magic be affected by trap hole in Yu-Gi-Oh?

He definitely 'can' be affected by it - only when he is Flip Summoned though, if something flipped him face-down previously. Even then, he could just chain his Quick Effect, to negate and destroy the Trap Hole. If he was face down, and a Skill Drain was active, then a Trap Hole could be used when he Flip Summons. Then he would be unable to negate it, and be destroyed.

What if prime material dragon is on your field with other monsters and you play dark hole can youchoose which monsters go to the graveyard if so can you choose your opponents monsters firstden negate?

No, you either negate the entire effect with Prime Material Dragon or get rid of all of the monsters on the field. You cannot simply choose which monsters gets to be destroyed. You cannot negate an effect midway during its resolution.

Can Stardust Dragon's effect negate Dark End Dragon's effect of sending one monster on the field to the graveyard?

Because Dark End Dragon does not 'destroy' anything, Stardust Dragon is unable to negate it.

'Tyrant Dragon' vs 'Bottomless Trap Hole'?

If you activate dust tornado in response to something like dark hole since it doesn't negate effects or activation would dark hole be stopped?

I have seen questions like this many times, and most with the same answer. Dust tornado doesn't negate the effect of dark hole, or other non-continuous magic/trap cards. When u activate dust tornado when somebody else activates a magic/trap card, it activates a series of chain. In the chain, dust tornado destroys dark hole, but the effect still continues on.an example would be something like thisStep 1: Player activates Sakuretsu Armor to destroy an attacking monster.Step 2: Other player activates Royal Decree, hoping to negate Sakuretsu Armor.Step 3: Original player chains Dust Tornado, targeting Royal Decree.Chain resolves backwards.Step 3: Dust Tornado resolves, destroying Royal Decree.Step 2: Royal Decree TRIES to activate, but as it's a Continuous card, and no longer on the field, its effect is never applied.Step 1: Sakuretsu Armor resolves and destroys the monster.
