It will negate Trap Hole, but not Sakuretsu Armor. Sakuretsu Armor is most definitely a card that targets, however when Ancient Gear Engineer attacks, the opponent cannot use Spells or Traps until the end of the Damage Step. That means he could not respond to the attack with Sakuretsu Armor in the first place.
No, but it does stop it. 'Negate' is a very specific game term, which has other meanings and significance. All Sakuretsu Armor does is make it impossible to continue the attack step by removing the attacking monster - the Damage Step will not be entered, so the defender will not flip if face-down, and no damage will be calculated. However it is still not accurate to say it 'negated' the attack, which other cards like Necro Gardna actually do.
Cyber Phoenix will only negate an effect if it targets, and if it targets only 1 monster, which is one of your machine monsters. It would therefore negate Sakuretsu Armor if used against one of your machine monsters. It would not stop Icarus Attack, which targets two monsters. It doesn't matter if it only targets one of your machines, it is still invalid due to targeting two monsters in total.
Yes you can, in fact many would be useless otherwise (Magic Cylinder, Sakuretsu Armor, etc).
It does cost money to repair armor on DeadFrontier unless if you are an engineer yourself, if thats the case you can repair the armor yourself.
Yes, "Mystical Space Typhoon" can not negate "Sakuresu Armor" and the rest of the cards mentioned. That is because there is a difference between negating and destroying. "Destroy" means to destroy a card and send it to the Graveyard. "Negate" means to prevent the card's effect from resolving. This is the best way to explain it: Since (most) Normal and Quick Spells, and Normal and Counter Traps don't have continuous effects, their effects still resolve. If a card's effect is considered continuous or requires it to stay on the field (such as Continuous, Equip and Field Spells, and Continuous Traps), when destroyed it's effect can no longer be active.
No, it is continuous and does not 'activate', Divine Wrath can only be used against monster effects that do activate. It is applied immediately, the moment it declares an attack, without using the chain. That means cards like Sakuretsu Armor cannot be used against it - if it was an effect that activates, Sakuretsu Armor could be chained to it.

yes
No. Remote Revenge switches the effect to an appropriate monster, and the only appropiate target for Sakuretsu Armor to destroy is an attacking monster.
Most attack negation targets, including Sakuretsu Armor and Negate Attack, you could not use those against the Hazy Flame monsters. If there's one that says it does not target, you could use those. You could also use other things like Battle Fader.
Answeryes it's good especially when you are bothered by trap cards. Most of the monsters negate the activation of trap cards during the battle phase so you don't have to worry about your opponent using Sakuretsu Armor, Mirror Force, Magic Cylinder, etc.The down side is most of the powerful monsters cannot be special summoned (Ancient Gadgetgear Dragon, Ancient Gear Golem,) so it will take time to get your monsters out but you can get around it with some cunning and skill.

Let's say you have "Sakuretsu Armor" face-down on your field and your opponent attacks you with their monster. When your opponent declares or states they are attacking with a specific monster, whether they are attack a monster you control or your Life Points directly, you may activate "Sakuretsu Armor". "Sakuretsu Armor" destroys the attacking monster and the attack is over. There are a few important things to note when using this card:If the opponent chains "SA" with a Spell/ Trap that flips the attacking monster face-down, when the chain resolves the monster will not be destroyed. If the opponent chains "SA" with a Spell/ Trap that changes the battle position of the attacking monster but it is till face-up, when the chain resolves the monster will still be destroyed. verified with yu-gi-oh wiki which has the tcg rules on that are the official rules.

One way to do it is to complete the expert cup, then enter the code in the bottom left corner into the slot machine. The code for sakuretsu armor is 56120475.
I have seen questions like this many times, and most with the same answer. Dust tornado doesn't negate the effect of dark hole, or other non-continuous magic/trap cards. When u activate dust tornado when somebody else activates a magic/trap card, it activates a series of chain. In the chain, dust tornado destroys dark hole, but the effect still continues on.an example would be something like thisStep 1: Player activates Sakuretsu Armor to destroy an attacking monster.Step 2: Other player activates Royal Decree, hoping to negate Sakuretsu Armor.Step 3: Original player chains Dust Tornado, targeting Royal Decree.Chain resolves backwards.Step 3: Dust Tornado resolves, destroying Royal Decree.Step 2: Royal Decree TRIES to activate, but as it's a Continuous card, and no longer on the field, its effect is never applied.Step 1: Sakuretsu Armor resolves and destroys the monster.
