yes, when u buy one there is a c-d inside the case too called action replay code manager and with that cord u get u can upload new games and cheats. You can copy and paste long cheats so you don't have to type it all in on your ds. I acidentally not knowingly there was a c-d threw it out with the case but got a second action replay not knowing how to get new games on it and found a c-d and solved all my buying new action replays and all the problems I was having (not from ar).
