Call of Duty 4 doesn't support any cheat codes for online play.
Actually they do, you have to be on a server that you have created. So here is how you do it go to the main menu of the game and hit the Console button (~) and type in /devmap mp_(the map you want), so here is what it will look like /devmap mp_killhouse. Then hit enter. some cheats are
/noclip
/g_gravity 40
/r_fullbright 1
/Jump_hight 1000
/god
/player_sprintspeedscale 0-5
/cg_thirdperson 1
/UFO ( same as noclip)
/give all
/take all
/turn_me_into_a_bunny (lol that's not one JK)
