In Wolf Haven, you can have mates. Its not 3D though, its a role play game and you can start your own pack. Gamevial's Lif is also a game where you can have mates and pups. Its 3D and you can have babies, be a bear, deer, fox, wolf, or a rabbit. And you don't have to register in Lif, just pick a name and play, then when you die, you can change it again.

YES! There is FeralHeart You get a mate, and it's all multiplayer. but it's like wolfquest you have to create an account on the site or you Can't play! but on the animals... your choice Wolf or lion. best of all you can chat! so it's like wolfquest's multiplayer side.
