"What do you use premier balls for on Pokemon leaf green?"On Pokemon leafgreen you use premier balls to catch Pokemon. They are a fancier version of the pokeball. How to obtain: Buy 10 pokeballs and receive 1 premier ball as a gift.
a luxry ball
Every time you buy ten pokeballs, you get a premier ball, so if you buy ten pokeballs at a time and then sell them all back, you'll keep getting premier balls and you'll basically save a crapload of pokepoints (money in pokemon)
The only way to get a Premier Ball in HeartGold or SoulSilver Versions is to trade a Pokemon holding one or by buying 10 or more Poke Balls at a PokeMart.
You can't get premier balls in Fire Red, a lot of peope say you can get it by purchasing at least 10 pokeballs at the pokemart but it does't work in Fire Red. Sorry
he will randomly give you any pokeball, excluding premier balls (buy 10 pokeballs to get one), cherishballs (balls containing Pokemon obtained at a special Nintendo event, a legendary mostly) and master balls (100% chance of catching ANY Pokemon. (only ONE in each game.))

Premier Balls in Pearl, Diamond, and Platinum commemorate Nintendo Events involving legendary Pokémon, such as Cresselia, Darkrai, or Shaymin.
Just throw a some Ultra balls, Heal balls, Luxury balls, Premier balls, standard Poke balls, and Dusk balls if you're in a cave or capturing the Pokemon at night. Keep throwing the same kind of Poke balls until the Pokemon can get out very easily, then use a different kind. This might take a while. It's easier if you capture the legendary Pokemon at night, so more Poke balls are effective. (Dusk balls)

Unfortunately, no. How do I know? I have beaten it already, both of them, without catching any legendary Pokemon. Impressive, although it took me 1897589468547613103141358974558614 dollars in the game to buy supplies and balls and revives and potions and elixers!
1 master ball and a WHOLE LOTTA ultra balls AND dusk balls!
Well what you need are dive balls, premier balls, timer balls, and quick balls.
No, although premier balls look alright and sound alright they really are not all that good
Ultra Balls ought to catch Pokemon up to lvl 10 with the same tactics as a master ball. Great Balls are you're best bet in the area surrounding the player's home town (the one where you mother's staying in). If you plan on catching a legendary i suggest that you stock up on master balls. hope this helps!!
just weaken it to the red and throw ultra balls
you should use 15 premier balls and 2 pokeballs, use premier ball first than pokeball
