Sure you can find games that cost less than the retail price and the prices drop over time and during sales if you shop around. If your money is tight buy used game online at a place like amazon when the game you want is at it cheapest. Prices vary greatly for the same title at least they do in the USA
Personally I have never seen a game I was willing to pay over $40 for, but that may be because I know the price will drop.

No game is worth the $60 price to me when I know the price will come down and go on sale
Price of a PS3...about $299....Price of a Sega/Sega CD...PRICELESS!! It brings on feelings of Nostalgia and is a great piece of gaming HISTORY!
It isn't hard to find PS3 games in Thailand, however it is difficult to find the actual console. The price of the console may be double what it is in the United States.
Used prices are not consistent and there are many PS3 models all in a different condition and some includes games on the harddrive
Not at all, the graphics are greatly improved, the games are better, the online is MUCH easier to acess. There is an online store where you can buy movies, games and things. It's £250 for a ps3 slim and a game, which is quite a hefty price, but it's worth it as it comes with a blue ray player. It's only worth getting really if you have a hd tv, then you can play blu rays and experience the graphics of certain games in HD. If you want a good game to start off with, then buy uncharted 2. It's the best game out there on the ps3. Of course, the ps3 has some games that are very good, so keep it incase you ever want to get it out again. The ps3 is very good though .
A PS3 can play PS3 games and some Playstation games
