After you beat the Pokemon league in the game Pokemon ruby red what do you do?

Theres a few minor things that you may wish to do which are:
- Catch Rayquaza at Spear Pillar, near Pacifidlog town. Mach bike required. It is found Lvl 70 and knows the moves Fly, Extremespeed, Rest and Outrage.
-Verse Steven at Meteor Falls. Be cautious as he has Pokemon in Lvl 70's.
- Go to the Battle Frontier and win all the gold and silver symbols. Miletones are set so that once you receive a particular symbol/ amount of symbols you can go to the little house left of the Battle Tower, where the guy may give you a rare berry.
-Catch the Regi's if not done so. They are all Lvl 40 and are found: Regice- an island to the far left of the stretch of water north of Dewford, Regirock- the ruin at the bottom end of the Desert, Registeel- the ruins to the extreme left of Lilycove. Why every time i try to trade Pokemon from Pokemon ruby to Gale of Darkness it deletes my ruby file AND i beat the game?
that's cause gale of darkness isn't a real Pokemon game so the Pokemon you trade can't be processed in your pokedex so it will delete. If your game restarts if beat the Pokemon league then you can't do anything about it. You have to buy a new Pokemon game.
