I was just doing an internet search for the same answer...but just realized my original recipe says to use 4 6-oz chicken breasts. So I guess if you can say 1 chicken breast is 6 ounces, just do the math for how ever many ounces you have of chicken breasts. Well it depends on what part of the chicken you have and if the baste has alot of fat in it. Normally chicken will be higher in calories if the skin is on too, but if you remove the skin and gril it in a low fat marinade ,a piece of chicken breast can have up to 220 calories ,thighs around 115.
