I have read as far as the manga goes online, so up to 478, I believe, and so far no.
Karin is watching from the sidelines as usual as Sasuke fights.
She tried to help him but got kicked away with no effort. She is proving to not even know how to fight.
Sakura, is on her way to where Sasuke is now, so if they did fight it would happen soon but I doubt it will be much of a match if Karin really is as weak as she's being portrayed right now.
But who knows.

∙ 14y agokarin and sakura both like sasuke so they should fight at some point- i really really hate karin, sakura is more close to sasuke than her so she stay away, if they do fight then i really really hope sakura wins, im her idol

∙ 13y agoas far as i have gotten in the series, Sasuke has not yet fought Sakura. I don't think it will happen, seeing as how the show centers more around Naruto's and Sasuke's relationship, not Sasuke's and Sakura's.

Why does Sasuke bite karin?
I truly do not believe that he is in love with her. I think that he is using her because of her skills. She is way more a fan girl than Sakura ever was. I still see Sakura and him ending up together. Remember Naruto's promise that he would bring Sasuke back to Sakura.

Both have light hair colors that would clash together, if they became friends. While Sakura might not care about this, but surely Karin would.
