MaxineNo he hasn't as of yet. Naruto almost kissed her in Part One but he was disguised as Sasuke so he could talk to Sakura without getting hit, pushed away, or insulted. Sakura really thought he was Sasuke so she attempted to kiss him(Naruto didn't object to it) but he drank bad milk and ran away with diarhhea. In Shippuden though, no just hugs.
