Sorry to disappoint you (not really, because it's Masashi Kishimoto you should be disappointed in) but Naruto, for one, is not even a Chuunin. He's still Genin. Second, Danzo is a lot older and wiser than Naruto, not to mention is head of Root. Naruto just doesn't seem like the good choice to be Hokage, as he lacks in both patience and temperance.
