Not Naruto. I'm pretty sure Naruto WILL be a Hokage, just not the sixth. Sorry to disappoint you (not really, because it's Masashi Kishimoto you should be disappointed in) but Naruto, for one, is not even a Chuunin. He's still Genin. Second, Danzo is a lot older and wiser than Naruto, not to mention is head of Root. Naruto just doesn't seem like the good choice to be Hokage, as he lacks in both patience and temperance. Well, in everyone else's eyes.

He was recommended candidate for Hokage-ship but Tsunade wakes from her coma at the same time so He never gets a Chance to become Hokage
