Justin Bieber's voice has been deepening gradually over the past year, as evidence by the YouTube videos of his live performances as well as the change in how he talks during interviews. However, he still has a long way to go at 17 because he still has the ability to sing high in head voice in order to sound as much like the younger version of himself as possible. Statistics show that he is maturing at least 3 years later than the average boy, who has a very masculine-sounding tone by age 14, so chances are his voice will continue to change until he is well into adulthood. People who start-out with higher voices tend to change later and take longer to do so.
