From my little bit of research, it would seem that "Good Morning, Mr Sunshine" was a well-known children's lullaby as early as the '60s, and it has possibly been around since the late 19th century! Thus, it would be difficult to track down the original author.

From my research, Sunshine used to make them. They were called Sunshine Golden Raisin Fruit Bars, but it seems they stopped making them in the early 90's. I'm crushed! I loved them! From what I understand, there is a company called Vermont Country Store that sells something similar, Girabaldi Raisin Bars, or something like that. I'm thinking about ordering them to try them out, but if you do before I do, let me know!!
