Why is Broly angry over Goku?

Born on the same day, Broly was kept awake for hours and days by the cries of Goku. The two infants were housed next to each other, and even decades later Broly remembers Goku's cries and hates him because of it.

As far as I can tell, Broly was never a villain. Goku and Broly were born on the same day, or so it says in the movie.

From what I was able to gather, Goku was crying a lot, and was weaker than Broly, who is a Legendary Super Sayin. Thus meaning he is a lot stronger than a normal super sayin like Goku, Vegita, Trunks, etc.

But, when ever Goku is close to Broly, Broly basically loses his sanity and goes on a rampage.

It's mostly because Vegeta wants to be the best because he's the Saiyan prince and he was born with that pride so he always keeps challenging Goku, trying to defeat him, but he never does. He also doesn't want to admit that Goku is more powerful than him, even though Goku was born a low-class warrior and was raised on Earth.

Goku = Kakarot

Broly hates Kakarot because when they were both on Planet Vegeta as babies, Kakarot used to cry non-stop, keeping Broly awake and making him cry, and because Broly believes that since Kakarot learns new techniques Broly thinks he would try to beat him, so Broly might just want to kill him so that he wont learn anymore techniques.

Broly was born in Age 737, during the period of intense turmoil between Frieza and the Saiyans. At birth, his most curious feature was his inordinate power level of 10,000. This anomaly meant that by birth, Broly's power had already been close to that of Bardock and King Vegeta at the time of their deaths (which coincidentally happens during the afternoon of Broly's birth). In the Saiyan delivery room where he rests afterward, Broly is grieved by the constant disruption of his literal 'crybaby' neighbor, Kakarot (later rechristened Goku). These neighboring babies are the butt of a joke by presiding doctors, who rave over Broly's power level but criticize his reaction to Kakarot's crying, while also criticizing Kakarot's then-measly power level of 2 while also stating that though he has a low power level, he has the spirit of a Saiyan. Kakarot's crying affected Broly's psychological state of mind, causing him to hold a subconscious grudge against him. The two infants would not meet again for almost three decades. Broly's exceptional gifts branded him as the first Legendary Super Saiyan in approximately 1000 years.

Because kakarote (goku) was crying so much it kept Broly awake and bothered him as a baby. He kept it as a grudge ageist him.
