Erm...That's only half true. "Dattebayo" is actually a verbal tic that Naruto says when he is excited or nervous. It was probably passed down from his mother, Uzumaki Kushina, as she often said "dattebane (ttebane, for short)"

What are all the naruto dojutsu?
