Mary Pickford in that photo is dressed for the movie "A Little Princess", the boy is her brother, Jack Pickford is dressed for "Tom Sawyer" and the man is William S Hart dressed for "The Silent Man". The three of them were actually just messing around on a lunch break on the Famous Players - Lasky lot and took the photo for fun. It's an amazing shot!
