They draw from live models and from anatomy charts. This training leads to observing the world around them in a way that is more analytical than usual. Everything they see further informs what they know, so that when it's time to draw, they have a wealth of information, as well as a facility with the pencil that only comes from tons of drawing mileage.

∙ 12y agoWell, personally I'm an anime artist. I learn by watching someone on YouTube that goes by the name of markcrilley. He draws books. Two series by him are Miki Falls and Brody's Ghost. I have been drawing anime for more than four years now and it's really challenging. Though, through all my efforts and struggles, I am one of the best artists in my school. The main thing you can do is always practice. On weekends or during a vacation time. You'll learn to get better and better. Anime is just some human anatomy and some Cartoons put together.
