What happens to the boy from district 13 in the Hunger Games?
District 13 is no longer involved in the hunger games. Or anything at all for that matter. When the districts rebelled against the Capitol, district 13 was totally obliterated *SPOILER ALERT* in the third book, you find out that district 13 has been living safely underground plotting against the Capitol.
Who is Boggs in the Hunger Games?

What happens in the book mocking jay?
Katniss arrives at District 13, and is made out to be the Mockingjay of the revolution. She aids the rebels in claiming other districts loyal to the Capitol, before helping take the Capitol itself. When the Capitol is taken, she is asked to kill Snow. However she shoots President Coin instead of Snow, and Snow dies either by being trampled over by the crowd, or choking on his own blood. Peeta and Katniss end up married with two children.
