The lord is Simon's hallucination of the pig's head talking. but it comes from the greek word "beelzebub" which also means devil. Some people also think that it refers to someone ordering those smaller then them, like Jack ordering round the littlun, or Henry with the sea creatures

Roger was initially described during the first meeting, "There was a slight, furtive boy whom no one knew, who kept to himself with an inner intensity of avoidance and secrecy. He muttered that his name was Roger and was silent again." He next appears when he throws stone at the littlun Henry, when he is playing on the beach. It seems that years of obedience to convention subconsciously caused Roger's throws to go wide but his intention seems to have been to actually hit the smaller boy. Roger joined Jack and Ralph when they climbed to the top of the mountain to see if the beast was there. Later Roger was the boy who pushed his spear up the sow's backside during the killing. Roger later offered Jack advise on how to administer torture to the twins Samneric and it was Roger who toppled the boulder from Castle Rock which caused Piggy's death. Essentially Roger was a sadist who aligned himself with Jack as he saw the potential for uncontrolled violence and excess which Jack's leadership would offer.
During the hunters' "Kill the pig" chant, Maurice, who is one of Jack's hunters, pretends to be a pig while the others pretend to slaughter him. When the hunters kill a pig, Jack smears blood on Maurice's face. Maurice represents the mindless masses.
Robert is one of the 'littluns'. he isn't not a main character and the author hasn't given him his own individual personality as he has some of the other charcters. I believe there's a bit in the book where he is playing with Henry and one of the other 'littluns' and they walk over eachother's sandcastles and make eachother cry which shows that evil is innate (natural - a message Golding tries to show you through out the book) and even though children are usually percieved as innocent and harmless their games mirror that of the older boys and also involve violence. (henry also prods little seacreatures with a stick because he enjoys exercising control and power over other living things).
