Thorin's advance is stopped a few obstacles. Bolg's guardian stops it first, then the valley tries to widen and surround them, and finally, there is an army of wargs and orcs that come to stop the advance.

∙ 12y agoAs he pushes forward into the orc host he runs into the guard of Bolg and they resist his thrust. The valley starts to widen and they are now in danger of being surrounded. The orcs and wargs counter-attack and start to push him back.

∙ 8y agoThorin is pierced by many spears. Beorn removes him from the battle, but his wounds prove mortal. In the end he reconciles with Bilbo before he dies. He is layed to rest in the Lonely Mountain with the Arkenstone and his sword Orcrist.

Use the grapple bowtie to reach the ceiling, and he will try to smash you there. If he stops moving, there is a glitch and the game has locked up. Reboot Poptropica and play the control center part over again. The same applies if a mini-bot stops attacking.
