At the end of chapter 17 of The Hobbit, Bilbo is in the Battle of Five Armies and is just thinking that all hope is lost for the Dwarves and Elves and Men when he sees an army of eagles soaring toward them. Bilbo shouts, "The Eagles! The Eagles!" But then, a stone thrown by a goblin hits his head on the helm, and he falls down and blacks out.
The dwarves finally realize that Bilbo actually isn't as stupid as they thought he was -- they know his capabilities and are glad that he came along. That change of attitude in them is what finally resolved the mild conflict between them and the hobbit.
They have several stops where they get out of the weather and get some sleep. They go to Rivendell once. They stay at Beorn's house. They stay in a cave but that turns out to be a bad idea because they get kidnapped by goblins.

Antiseptics, such as alcohol, don't actually kill bacteria but usually prevent them from growing/reproducing. They change the environment and reduce the "food" supply. Other antiseptics can destroy bacteria by attacking their cell membrane.
Reboot Poptropica without saving. You will replay the satellite control center part. If either a minibot or Director D stops attacking, you cannot continue the game and must reboot. This is a known glitch.
