Who is Irina in the Twilight books?

Irina was one of the original Denalie "sisters" and an originator of themytho f the succubus. She was a "vegetartian" vampire and led a very peaceful lifestyle. She, like her sisters, love men- allmen, even human men. Irina and Laurent had a relationship before he was killed by the shape-shifters (werewolves). But, they were not real children of the moon. Anyway, Irina was later killed by Caius, after giving false information to The Volturi about Reneesmee, Bella and Edward's half-vampire, half-human daughter. Otherwise, if Reneesmee was full vampire, Reneesmee might have been killed for being created. But, since, Bella was human at the time that her and Edward had sex, the baby was half-vampire and half-human. Irina was also one that was upset in New Moon after hearing that the werewolves killed Laurent. Although, Jacob and the pack just killed Laurent to save Bella Swan from being killed.

The Denali Clan is the Cullens adoptive "Cousins" because they do not drink human blood. They drink animal blood like the Cullens. Irina is in the Denali Clan and her and Laurent were in a relationship. When Laurent found Bella when Edward left in New Moon, he was going to kill her. The wolves showed up and killed him leaving Bella unharmed. Irina heard about Laurent's killing and took it very badly. She hated the wolf pack and that is why the Denali Clan would not help the Cullens in the fight against the newborn army in Eclipse. In Breaking Dawn part 2 Irina comes back to apologize to Edward and Bella for being so rude at their wedding (She leaves because she sees Jake's dad and it reminds her of the killing). When she comes back though, she sees Renesmee (Bella & Edward's daughter), and thinks she is an immortal child. She runs back to the Volturi and tells them. The Volturi's ultimate law is to kill any immortal child because they cannot control their thirst. Renesmee is not an immortal child because Bella carried her as a human. Therefore, Renesmmee is half human and half vampire. The Cullens find out what Irina has done and they get as many witnesses as they can to stop the Volturi. Once the Volturi and Irina come to kill Renesmee, they see that she is not an immortal child and leave in peace. Irina is killed instead because she lied to the Volturi.
