Who caused Jos crisis?

jos crisis was caused by the hausa candidates who campaigned for jos north in the 1999/2001 election.

My reason is, they lost and refuse to accept defeat, instead they felt they were cheated and they

sponsored and brain washed their followers that plateau people want to kick them out even jos north that was been occupied by them could not be won by them, so they took to the street killing the indigenes, but the indigens don't stay in cities then gradually they started killing other tribes and later christians. Now their aim is to kill and chase people away from jos north so that they can occupy it and become chairmen and councillors of jos north.
