There are 4 main reasons the make the Harry Potter series fantasy: 1. Characters are mainly wizards and witches 2. Characters cast spells using wands 3. Characters use broomsticks and floo powder for transportation 4. The setting is imaginary
Harry never actually drove. it was Ron who drove them. Presumably, since he was only twelve years old, the car didn't need to actually be driven when it was flying and required only basic controls.
Luna Lovegood is a fictional book character, therefore does not have an official fan phone number. However, in the books, she would correspond through messages sent via owl, or maybe through the floo network. Next time you go by Diagon Alley, be sure to keep an eye out for some floo powder. If you find some, you may just luck out and reach her. ;-)
It is called apparating but you don't say it as a normal spell, it's more in the mind and in the twisting movement. Portkeys are also a form of magical travelling and the spell to create a portkey is "portus" There is also Floo Powder but that isn't really a spell either.
