It is called apparating but you don't say it as a normal spell, it's more in the mind and in the twisting movement.
Portkeys are also a form of magical travelling and the spell to create a portkey is "portus"
There is also Floo Powder but that isn't really a spell either.

Wingardium Leviosa is the spell. It is one of the first spells they learn in Charms class. Ron used it to levitate the trolls club that knocked it out in the first book.
Win Guardium Leviosah! (garh dee um - lev e oh suh). You can find it in the first book if you want. Might take a while though.
The spell used to levitate objects is "Wingardium leviosa," which is said with a swish and flick of the wand.
luna lovegood uses this spell to fix harry's nose after draco malfoy breaks it. this was in the sixth book.
I never heard the word "patration" in the context of Harry Potter (or otherwise). Check the spelling - perhaps you spelled it wrong.
It was the result of a spell. However, since this didn't occur in the book it is not known what spell was used.
Harry Potter's patronus takes the shape of a stag, the animagus and patronus form of his father. The Patronus spell is used against Dementors but can also be used as a method of communication.
Finite incantatem. It does other stuff too, but that is one of them:) ~PippiQ Pembrooke
