4kids has episodes of Ojamajo Doremi in English, but you have to live in North America to watch them. YouTube and Veoh also have episodes in English, you can see them no matter where in the world you live!
But the 4kids dub is terrible and disappointing. Unfortunately, there are no other good English dubs!
There are lots of episodes on 4KidsTV.com. But if you live anywhere outside the USA, no video on the site is watchable. If you do live outside USA, 4Kids have their own YouTube account. They have put up 13 episodes of Magical DoReMi which can be watched by anyone at anytime, anywhere! But there are commercials...
on cw for kids/4kids tv they might show it now at 7/10 o clock but they cheapstakingly ruined by editing out all the freaking good things /this is a lie do not listen to this message

technically there is not going to be a 5th season but there are 5 sections of Ojamajo Doremi.
