Jesse and James seem like they could be dating, but they are never confirmed as a couple. There relationship is very close knitted, and they seem perfect for each other in my mind lol. But one of the reasons they arent is because of the fact that they've been good friends for so long.

As for meowth, hes single. And hes obsessed with a meowth named meowzie who rejected him once for being a street meowth, a second time for learning how to talkand walk (she considered him a 'freak') and third for beating a Persian in a fight that had taken her in, and once again calling him a dirty street meowth.
