Harry's Nimbus 2000 was destroyed by the Whomping Willow following a Quidditch match against Hufflepuff. The match was the first Harry played during his third year at Hogwarts (November 1993) and took place in Chapter 9 of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Harry fell of his broom when dementors guarding the school invaded the Quidditch pitch. The severe weather conditions meant that his broom was then blown into the dangerous tree.
He isn't. Harry Potter is a seeker in quidditch, the sport played by witches and wizards in his world. Seeker is a sports position. One could argue that he is a seeker in his life as well. He does seek the Horcruxes in the seventh book, after all.
Go go gryffindor! Go go gryffindor! Go go gryffindor! Go go gryffindor! Etc :D
Fans have puzzled over this issue for years. J.K. Rowling admits that she's not good at mathematics, so there are some inconsistencies. There are about 40 named students in Harry's year, which, assuming his year is typical, would suggest that there are about 280 students in Hogwarts. However, a Quidditch match in the third book mentions that there are 200 Slytherins in the stands, which would make the overall student population something like 800. Rowling once said there were 1,000 students, but admitted in a later interview that that number made no sense and amended it to 600.
Because Harry is having Vision problems because his glasses are getting covered by water, Hermione then used a spell on his glasses so they would repel water.
Yes he was. In Prisoner of Azkaban when Hufflepuff was playing Gryffindor he beat Harry to the snitch after the dementors entered the stadium and Harry fell from his broom. Cedric wanted a re-match but everyone agreed that he won fair and square.

Yes, there is one Quidditch match in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone for Xbox. However you only play the last few minutes of the match.
The seeker must catch the golden snitch.
Professer Quirrell.
Yes. After the first match of Quidditch in his sixth year.
On page 412 to 413. How is it described? basically, Malfoy is mad that the Slytherins just lost a Quidditch match against Gryffindor, and so he takes to insulting Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, and then has a go at Harry's mom, and the rest of the team can't hold them back. I know Harry punches Malfoy in the gut, and then Harry, Fred, and George all get lifelong bans from playing Quidditch, courtesy of Dolores Jane Umbridge.
A dementor!
Complete the match with black and yellow dresses
The Quidditch referee at Hogwarts is Madam Rolanda Hooch. During Harry Potter's first year, Severus Snape referred the Gryffindor v Slytherin match in an attempt to protect Harry as Quirrel had tried to kill him in the previous match. The referee for the 1994 Quidditch World Cup was Hassan Mostafa.
After Harry's first flying lesson with Madam Hooch, Professor McGonagall took Harry to Oliver Wood, who was the one who first taught Harry how to play Quidditch.
In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Gryffindor (Harry's team) win the Quidditch Final.
